Shipping policy
Domestic shipping is offered through USPS Priority, Express, and First Class.
Client pays all fees, duties, and taxes for international shipping.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items if tracking and insurance are NOT purchased at time of payment. Replacement will then be up to the customer.
If tracking and insurance is purchased, then lost items will be replaced as best as possible (most items are OOAK) after the USPS has completed their investigation. Damaged items must be reported to me within 24 hours of receiving your item, failure to inform me will result in no replacement or repair.
